Front desk managers have good attitude, always smiling. Found a room quickly. Friendly staff. Excellent food at the Angithi restaurant. Clean bed and hot water. Good location.

It was great to stay at a hotel located in the midst of a market place, close to shopping centres like Park Street, and with easy access to the New Market nightlife. the rooms were spacious and clean with all modern amenities. the staff was always cooperative and helpful, with a particular staff member standing out for his service. the hotel served a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from.

It would have been better if the hotel had a quieter environment with less noise from children running in the corridors.
